How does the Wasklub mobile car wash service work?

Wasklub is a fully mobile car wash that comes to you. After you book online, Rikus arrives at your home or office with all the water, equipment and premium products needed. There is nothing for you to arrange — just a parking space.

What car wash packages does Wasklub offer?

Accepted Answer

Five core packages: Allesklub (full interior and exterior, from R170), Binneklub (interior only, from R100), Buiteklub (exterior only, from R110), Die Klub Member (twice-monthly membership, from R300 a month) and Klub+ (full valet, from R700). Advanced services include Stoomklub steam cleaning, ceramic coating and paint correction.

Do you bring your own water and equipment?

Yes. Wasklub is completely self-contained. We bring all water, cleaning products, vacuums and equipment to your location. All you need is a parking space and access to a power point — we bring our own extension cords.

How long does a mobile car wash take?

Accepted Answer

A standard full wash (Allesklub) takes roughly 60 to 90 minutes. Premium packages like Klub+ or Stoomklub take longer depending on vehicle size and the extras you add. The booking page shows the exact estimated time for your selection before you confirm.

Question 5

What time should I expect you, and what do I need to do?

Accepted Answer

We arrive within your booked slot. Please have the vehicle parked where we can work around it with about a metre of clearance, and make sure a power point is reachable. Remove valuables and loose items from the cabin before we start.

Can I book more than one vehicle at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add as many vehicles as you need to a single booking and give each one its own package and extras. We service them back to back in one visit and you get a single booking reference and one combined total.

Which areas do you service?

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, EFT and card. Payment is taken on completion, once you have looked over the vehicle and you are happy with the finish.

Why does the price change with vehicle size?

Accepted Answer

A Kombi has roughly three times the panel and carpet area of a hatchback and takes correspondingly longer to do properly. Pricing follows three size tiers — small, medium and large — and the booking page shows your exact price the moment you pick a vehicle type.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot, and move a booking up to 4 hours before. Use your booking reference on the Manage booking page or send us a WhatsApp.

What happens if I am running late or nobody is home?

Accepted Answer

Give us a call as soon as you know. We will wait 15 minutes past the slot start where the schedule allows. If we cannot reach you and cannot access the vehicle, the booking is marked as a no-show and you will need to rebook.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Light Highveld drizzle is usually not a problem — we work under cover where there is any. For heavy rain or a thunderstorm we will call you to move the booking to the next suitable slot, at no charge.

What about my personal belongings?

Please take valuables, documents and loose items out of the vehicle before we arrive. We will not move items out of a cubby or boot, and Wasklub cannot accept responsibility for items left in the car.

Do you offer corporate or business car wash packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Corporate Car Care Solution visits your premises and cleans staff vehicles while your team works — no downtime, no travel. Pricing starts from R130 per car on larger weekly bookings. Request a quote from the contact page.

Question 15

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. Book with just your name and contact details. You get a booking reference on confirmation, which is all you need to look the booking up or change it later.
